You know they say a picture's worth a thousand words--one look and you can see what an adorable little Shih Tzu "Mattie" is!  Please don't mistake that funny underbite for a snarly personality--it's just her version of a permanent doggie smile.  Unfortunately Mattie's owner experienced serious health problems and had to surrender Mattie to our rescue group.  She is just about 8 years old so should have plenty of good years ahead of her.  Like all our rescue dogs, she has been spayed and is current on her vaccinations, worming, flea control and heartworm prevention.
