You know they say a picture's worth a thousand words--one look and you can see what an adorable little Shih Tzu "Kelsey" is!  Unfortunately Kelsey's owner experienced serious health problems and had to surrender Kelsey and her friend Mattie to our rescue group.  These two girls are just about 6 and 8 years old respectively, so should have plenty of good years ahead of them.  Like all our rescue dogs, they have been spayed and are current on their vaccinations, worming, flea control and heartworm prevention.
