This adorable Lab mix pup goes by the name of Nelson.  He was extremely well behaved at his first Petco Adoption Day and loved all the attention and petting.  Nelson would sit quietly in a volunteer's lap for hours, but don't expect him to stay small enough for that much longer!  And in an outdoor setting, Nelson becomes a lot more active, playful and curious.  We're guessing that he might have some Lab in his background, but if you can anticipate adult size by paws he's going to be a big boy!  His foster is beginning to work with Nelson on potty and leash training, and he's a very smart dog who wants to please.  Nelson has been neutered and is up to date on his vaccinations, worming, flea control and heartworm prevention.  His adoption fee is $95.00 plus a one-time charge of $10.99 for his LIFETIME microchip registration with HomeAgain.  If you'd like Nelson to become a member of your family, please click on the green arrow icon near the top of the page to submit an online application.  Thanks for thinking rescue!
