This cute-as-a-stuffed toy, young male Yorkshire Terrier was named "Winky" by his rescuer. Poor little guy was abandoned by his family and we were asked to take him into our program. His new foster family reports that Winky is house-trained, walks reasonably well on-leash, gets along well with other pets (both dogs and cats) and is good around kids too. However Winky has a very stubborn habit of constant barking that will apparently take considerable dedication to correct! Winky should be available for adoption by mid-March, after he's completed neuter surgery, vaccinations, and worming. His adoption fee of $150 also includes up to date flea control and heartworm prevention, while a one-time charge of $10.99 covers the cost of Winky's lifetime microchip registration with Home Again. If you feel ready to take on the challenge of this mouthy fellow, please click on the green arrow icon near the top of the page to submit an online adoption application. Thanks for coming to the rescue!
