This adorable little kitten named "Silver" has an adventurous spirit and a heart of gold!  Fortunately one of our wonderful SPCA fosters came into Silver's life in the nick of time--her clipped ear is a souvenir of her "participation" in a "TNR" (trap/neuter/release) program!  Now enjoying a more domestic lifestyle, Silver is curious and playful, not at all the sort of cat to scurry away when visitors arrive.  Despite beginning life as a stray, Silver is also quite fond of petting and attention, and enjoys lying right up against her human and sleeping at the foot of her foster's bed at night (an improvement over waking with a cat covering your face!).  One of her favorite games is mock-attacking a big brightly-colored synthetic duster (see photos).  As with all our rescue cats, Silver has already been spayed and tested negative for the feline diseases FIV and FeLuk.  She's also current on her vaccinations, worming, heartworm prevention and flea control, so is now all ready to find her new furever home.  Her adoption fee is $75.00 plus a one-time charge of $10.99 for her LIFETIME microchip registration with HomeAgain.  If Silver has captured your heart, please click on the green arrow icon near the top of the page to submit an online application.  And thanks for giving a rescue pet another chance at a great life!
