This "small-but-fierce" kitten was named "Shingle" following a daring rooftop rescue after he was apparently somehow separated from his mom way up there!  His buddy "Starburst" was literally abandoned inside a cardboard box and left at someone's back door.  He was fortunate enough to be rescued and raised along with 5 other kittens, and both tend to get along very well with other pets if they can stand up to their play in over-drive!  Since Shingle is about 3 months younger than Starburst, he'd do best in a home with adults and older children who could deal gently but confidently with his mock attacks.  However, adopters of bottle fed kittens like these two rave about how wonderfully well-socialized and devoted they continue to be as adults.  As with all our rescue cats, Shingle and Starburst have already been neutered and tested negative for FIV/FeLuk.  They're also current on their vaccinations, worming, heartworm prevention and flea control.  All this for an adoption fee of just $75.00 each (or two for $125) plus a one-time charge of $10.99 for a LIFETIME microchip registration with HomeAgain.  If you'd welcome one or both of these lucky kitties into your heart and home please click on the green arrow icon near the top of the page to submit an online application (no cost or obligation).  These two are now living at our Conroe Petco Cat Habitat so stop by for a visit--the store is located just off I-45 at Loop336 NORTH, next to Academy.  And thanks for picking a VSRK (very special rescue kitty)!
