Jasper is an adorable mixed breed full of love and joy.  He's just a perfect mid-sized mutt (though he wouldn't quite fit in a Christmas stocking) who loves to play and cuddle with everyone!  Jasper was found in a parking lot all by himself when he was only about 6 weeks old.  Though he was born in January 2023, he still has some "puppy play" in him.  He loves to go for rides in the car and on walks.  Jasper easily learned basic commands and clearly wants to please his people.  Now all he needs is a home to call his own where he will be loved and cared for.
