Meet Ajax.  He is a very  sweet male pointer mix.  He is in good health, and about 3 years old. He is current on his shots and is heartworm negative.  Unlike most bird dogs, he is not high strung, and is very easy going & well mannered in the house and outside in the yard.  His foster mom says that he does not chew, not even the rawhide bone she gave him.   She thinks he may have been trained not to bark.   He gets along fine with other dogs, however he does think about chasing cats and loves to chase squirrels.   He is leash, crate and house trained.  He also knows how to use a doggie door if you have one.  If you are interested in meeting Ajax in person please go to our home page at www.spcaofmc.com and fill out an online adoption application so we can set up a time for you to come and meet this pet in person to see if it is the right new pet for you and your family.  Thank you for considering a rescue pet.  Please spay or neuter your pets.
