Look out world, here comes "Bella Rose"! She may have gotten off to a rough start, found living under a vacant house without food or water, but she's feeling lots better in her new SPCA foster home. Bella gets along great with other family pets (dogs and birds) but hasn't yet been introduced to cats, though she'd probably be just fine. We think Bella was about 3 to 4 months old when she was rescued (toward the end of the first week of October 2012) and she exhibits typical puppy behaviors of wanting to explore, play and chew anything that holds still! Bella follows her foster mom everywhere and loves to be held and cuddled, sleeping quietly curled up next to her person when it's time to watch a little TV. She's excited to be allowed loose in the house with the "big dogs" but still needs further lessons on housebreaking. Bella will need to complete her puppy series of vaccinations and spay surgery before she's ready for her forever home--could yours be the right one? If you're thinking about adopting Bella, go to www.spcaofmc.com home page and click on "Forms/Applications" in the little green menu box at the left sidebar. And thanks for considering a rescue companion!
