We were told siblings "Annabell" and "Beemo" are Chiweenies (Chihuahua/Dachshund) but they appear more strongly Terrier to us.  Annabell's face looks Chihuahua and she's the smaller of the two so perhaps they had different dads.   Both pups adore being held and petted; Beemo flips on his back for belly rubs while Annabell prefers a cuddle under your neck.  These two are some of the people-lovin'est dogs we've ever seen, and according to their kind-hearted rescuer they get along well with kids, elderly folks, other dogs and even cats.  She also told us they were mostly housebroken but sometimes need to use papers at night.  By mid (Beemo) to late (Annabelle) October they should have completed all their vaccinations, spay surgery and be ready for adoption.  They're on a flea control and heartworm prevention program and have also been wormed.  When they attended their first adoption day at Petco just after moving to a new SPCA foster home, both were very well behaved (that's a lot of change all at once!).  If you think Annabell or Beemo might find a place in your heart and family, go to www.spcaofmc.com home page.  In the little green menu box at the left sidebar, just click on "Forms/Applications" to get started.
