Adorable Shih Tzu adult dogs Buddy and Doodles are looking for new homes since their owner experienced a difficult change in life and could no longer keep them.  Buddy has a very outgoing personality and will run up to enthusiatically greet strangers, and has plenty of playful energy. Doodles still needs a little additional medical attention and should be available around mid-February.  But both dogs allowed our SPCA volunteers to hold and handle them without any problems and so should adjust to a new loving family well.  They apparently tolerate or ignore most other dogs they happen to meet, and tend to run away from cats!  Both Doodles and Buddy have been around older children and are house- and crate-trained.  The adoption fee of $125.00 each includes completed spay/neuter surgery and up to date vaccinations, worming, flea control and heartworm prevention.  If you think Buddy and/or Doodles would make a happy addition to your home, please go to our home page at www.spcaofmc.com.  Click on Forms & Applications in the green menu box at the left sidebar to get started on your online adoption application.  Thanks for thinking rescue!
