Our Darling Clementine was discovered by an SPCA volunteer at a local business, doing her best to fend for herself and her 4 kittens. While the owners were kindly feeding the kitties, they felt this little family’s future would be a lot brighter if we could provide veterinary care and find them all good homes. Clementine appears to be between 2-3 years old, and is a pretty black and white Domestic Short Hair, fully grown at about 8-10 lbs. She completely trusts people and loves to be held and cuddled. Of her kittens (also now available for adoption), Horseshoe is the only boy in the group and easily identified by the distinctive horseshoe pattern on his back (white with a few black markings). He is a sweet little guy who loves to play. Sister Saddle is a friendly gal, white with an almost black tabby saddle mark on her back. Sister Surrey is a bit more shy and mostly white with a few small patches of black (her "fringe on top" refers to two markings just above her eyes, which gives her a permanently inquisitive look). Last but hardly least is sister Pistol, who does her best to live up to her name! A sweet girl who likes to run the show, Pistol is white with gray/black tabby markings on her back and head. All of our rescue cats have been spayed or neutered, tested negative for FIV/FeLuk, and are up to date on their vaccinations, worming, flea control and heartworm preventative. The usual feline adoption fee is $75, but we are running a current special—just $49 each for kittens (or two for $75) and only $29 for adults still needing new homes! There is also a separate one-time charge of $10.99 each for their lifetime, transferable microchip registration with HomeAgain.
