This Delilah could coax a secret out of the toughest nut, especially if it had to do with the location of kitty treats!  And she has such beautiful and luxurious hair there's no reason for her to want anyone else's, even if they're named Samson.  This gorgeous white with black Domestic Long Hair has one of the sweetest and gentlest feline personalities we've ever met.  She was perfectly behaved at the vet's for her basic exam and vaccinations, and allowed complete strangers to hold and pet her.  Her foster reports that Delilah takes some time to relax in new situations and is clearly afraid of their dogs, who will chase her given the opportunity.  However, Delilah has befriended another cat and they invented a rigorous game of tag, preferably played up and down the staircase.  Perhaps Delilah tends to growl at other animals until she becomes familiar with them because she's been declawed in front by a previous owner, and can't defend herself in the usual way.  We have no idea of her previous history, but our vet estimates Delilah is a relatively young adult between 2 and 4 years of age, and says she appears to be in very good health.  As with all our rescue cats, Delilah has been spayed, tested negative for FIV/Feluk, is up to date on her vaccinations, worming, flea control and heartworm prevention.  You can go visit her in person as she is staying in our Adoptable Cat Habitat inside Conroe Petco.  Her adoption fee is just $75.00 plus a separate one-time charge of $10.99 to cover her transferable, lifetime microchip registration with HomeAgain.   If Delilah has tempted your feline fate fortuitously, please go to www.spcaofmc.com and click on the green arrow icon near the top of the page to fill out an online adoption application.
