Calling all lovers of the more exotic feline breeds--introducing this colorful family of Oriental Shorthair mixes named Queen Bey (mom) and her kittens Nala, Simba and Oliver (the only male). This beautiful green-eyed Queen was one smart cookie to seek out human assistance with raising her babies! Many variations of Orientals exist, but most trace their ancestry to the Siamese breed. So Orientals share many of the same wonderful personality traits with the Siamese: they're "talkative", curious, smart and loving (becoming extremely bonded to their people). This litter was rescued as young kittens from the dangerous and difficult life that strays generally experience. They've been handled a lot by their foster, who says that they're a sweet bunch showing affection and trust. As with all our rescue cats, they have tested negative for FIV/FeLuk and are spayed or neutered, and current on their vaccinations, worming, flea control and heartworm prevention. Our usual adoption fee is $75.00 plus a one-time charge of $10.99 for a LIFETIME microchip registration with HomeAgain, but please ask about our limited time "BOGO" and reduced fees. To submit an online adoption application just click on the green arrow icon near the top of the page (no cost or obligation). COME AND MEET THESE KITTENS WHO ARE LIVING IT UP AT OUR CONROE PETCO CAT HABITAT (THE STORE IS LOCATED JUST OFF I-45 AT LOOP 336 NORTH, NEXT TO ACADEMY). Thanks for taking the road to rescue!
