Baron is a male red Dachshund mix that is about 18 lbs now but is on a diet.  He is very loving but is not sure about strangers till he gets to know you.  He gets along well with other dogs and likes to get his play time and attention in every day with his human family.  He is current on shots and has been neutered and is Heartworm negative.  He is crate, leash and house trained with a doggie door.  However if it is raining he will go to the bathroom outside on the porch and will not go out in the yard in the rain to do his business.  He would do best in a new home that has another dog he can play and run around with.  His playmate in his current foster home is a female dachshund that is about 12 lbs.  If you think Baron2 might be the right new pet for you please go to our website at www.spcaofmc.org and fill out an on-line adoption application so we can set up a time for you to come and meet him in person.  Thank you for considering one of our rescue pets.  Please spay or neuter your pets.
